Returns Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please contact us within 14 days to inform us of which item you wish to return referencing your order number.

You have 14 calendar days to advise us you wish to return an item from the date you received it. You then have an additional 14 days to return the item to us. We will refund your item within 14 days of receipt in accordance with UK online and distance selling government policies.

As we are such a small business, after this time we are only able to offer an exchange only policy in certain circumstances. You will receive an email credit voucher code that will not expire until it is used.

To be eligible for a return:

• your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Your item must be in the original packaging.
• Your item must still have all tags attached.
• Your item needs to have a note with your name and order number or proof of purchase (PayPal receipt).

ALL ITEMS ARE THROUGHLY CHECKED BEFORE DESPATCHING. IF YOUR ITEM IS FAULTY YOU MUST INFORM US WITHIN 7 DAYS hello@mileyrae.co.uk

All orders placed before 5pm are posted same day.

All items are sent Royal Mail second class signed for which is usually 2-3 working days.

Your parcel will be tracked and will require a signature or a calling card will be left.

We do not cover the cost of return postage if you do not like your item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.

However if you purchased and paid through PayPal, PayPal do offer a free returns service for up to 12 returns on eligible PayPal purchases.

Please keep your proof of postage – we will need this if there are issues with your return.

In an effort to reduce our carbon footprint we keep our packaging to an absolute minimum. We do not include paper invoices within our parcels. All invoices are emailed to you for your records once your order is placed. Our statement hot pink mail bags are manufactured from recycled material and are 100% recyclable so please do recycle them.

If you are returning an item, please use a trackable shipping service or arrange shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item in the condition you sent it.
