If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Please contact us within 7 days to inform us of which item you wish to return referencing your order number.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Our returns policy is exchange only.
As we are such a small business, at this time we are only able to offer an exchange only policy.
You will receive an email credit voucher code that will not expire until it is used.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item must still have all tags attached.
Your item needs to have a note with your name and order number or proof of purchase (PayPal receipt).
Please do contact us prior to returning an item.

All orders placed before 5pm are posted same day.

All items are sent Royal Mail second class signed for which is usually 2-3 working days.
Your parcel will be tracked and will require a signature or a calling card will be left.
We do not cover the cost of return postage if you do not like your item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.
However if you purchased and paid through PayPal, PayPal do offer a free returns service for up to 12 returns on eligible PayPal purchases.
Please keep your proof of postage – we will need this if there are issues with your return.
In an effort to reduce our carbon footprint we keep our packaging to an absolute minimum. We do not include paper invoices within our parcels. All invoices are emailed to you for your records once your order is placed. Our statement hot pink mail bags are manufactured from recycled material and are 100% recyclable so please do recycle them.
